Week 5 Day 2 July 8

Today we had a field trip to the Water Resource Field Station in Denton, Texas. Dr. Hoeinghaus and his PhD student Luke gave a presentation on many of the projects currently being worked on and they also provided some insight on future plans/projects that will be implemented in the near future. The RET group met in the parking lot of Discovery Park at 8:30am and carpooled to the Field Station soon thereafter.

Elizabeth and I spent additional time working on our paper.  Significant progress has been made on the methods portion of the paper. We anticipate having the draft completed by the end of the week for Dr. Namuduri to peruse. We will resume work with the robots tomorrow.
